What's up with the KW PO?
Why do they send packages they have in their possession up to New Waverly instead of delivering. This is the second time in a month that this has happened! The last time it went from New Waverly down to the Valley and disappeared. I've had some end up in Wisconson only to be sent back a week later. It's medicine and expensive.

I'm waiting on a package to be delivered (says today) that went from Indianapolis to Dallas to North Houston to Kingwood to New Waverly. I'm not too hopeful because it's pretty late in the day for the post office to deliver.

Is the med supplier affiliated with a local retail pharmacy like CVS? Wondering if you can do ship to store for pickup? Not sure the shipping would improve but maybe it would be handled differently, maybe.
I've recently had the same problem with two different packages.
I agree. I was there last week to mail a pkg for my DW. The self-serve machine was not working so I had to stand in line. 2 PO employees were dealing with passports, which left one employee to handle mail. I could hear employees in the back laughing and seemingly having a good time. It took 20 minutes to complete a transaction that should have taken 2 minutes.
That's interesting - but I have had packages go to New Waverly, back to Kingwood, then back again to New Waverly… ugh

I'm sorry to say but our Postal system is broken. I think it"s time to Privatize it. KW PO is not a good experience. I wonder how many PO's across the nation have the same issues.
Okay, well I need to defend the USPS here at the Kingwood branch. I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago. The tracking said it was shipped, the. At postal facility in New Waverly, the. back to the North Houston facility, then back to New Waverly. I made a copy of the tracking and visited the Kingwood branch post office. They were quite helpful, I met with a supervisor, showed her the tracking status and she took down the info. My understanding was she was sending an email to the New Waverly Manager and sure enough I received
My package the following day. I must say this, for all the bad reviews Kingwood Branch gets, I have not had any issues and have always been treated with respect and customer service.
