Woodland Hills median: What happened to the Woodland Hills Drive median between Kingwood Drive and North Park? All the grass is brown and looks dead. Was it sprayed with a herbicide? The grass on the other side of the streets is green, as well as on Kingwood Drive median and sides. So it's not for lack of rain.

Noticed that too. It's weird near the side walks it is green but in the middle all grass is dead or dying.

It looks as if they sprayed the mowing equipment blades with an herbicide and it killed the grass.
