Flood advisory until 3pm FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON... Flood advisory - valid from Jun 5, 2026 11:48 AM CDT until Jun 5, 2026 3:00 PM CDT 
WHAT: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. WHERE: A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Harris, Liberty and Montgomery. WHEN: Until 300 PM CDT. IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1148 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
