Who remembers this Memorial Day flood? This is at East End Park. I know some kids were taking their river floats and riding the current through the park! 🤦‍♀️ the silver suv is by Strawbridge church 😬 I wonder if the new built will help anything with flooding in this spot.

I remember, but I don't know which year that is from. It seems like we have had a couple of flooding events during the month of May for a good couple of years.

My guess would be it was 2015. I remember one of my kids graduated high school over the Memorial Day weekend that year and I remember how there was flooding in the days following graduation but I could be wrong

I do, I was at work and held over, since some others could not make it into work. Glad my ex had my children on a trip with his family, in Virginia Beach, VA!

That was some crazy water. I drove to Dallas to take my DD for a recruitment offer. It took us forever to get back home. I want to say every major city had some sort of flooding.
