Electricity out in Forest Cove

My friend just told me her power is out in Forest Cove and she thinks it is all of Forest Cove. Does anyone know what is causing to power outage?

Someone sneezed. But it's on now. Maybe without power for an hour. I was outside, pretty sure it was a transformer.
