Has anyone used the clubhouse in Sand Creek?

Do you have to be a resident of the village where the clubhouse is located?

You have to be a resident of Sand Creek to reserve it. It is a $150 deposit that will be refunded if you leave the club house clean and in order. No alcohol is allowed.

We've used the Sand Creek clubhouse a few times. You really need to be on the HOA for your reservation. Also, keep in mind it's swim season and teams practice/compete there now. The HOA will be able to give you available dates.
