thanks Bob. Love all the details and photos. I thought the overpass oroginally was to ease flow to 59 in and out to go past and over the railroad. Have a hard time thinking just an overpass for the railroad. The area is montgomery county so how is it the COH has domain here? The little 100 home area in the corner is not ideal at all...squeezed in .noisy busy corner...WHOA
