BobRehak : Thank you Bob. Amazing . They brought in all that dirt for Lord knows how long and thought this is my property and I will do as I please. Lots of new homes and subdivisions along Sorters but low lying. I am stunned that they were built but folks love the river . Happy to hear COH working to correct and stop disaster. Pray Montgomery County also continues to do the same in all areas,

icare : Correlating Google Earth images with Appraisal District records shows that the fill started shortly after the person named in the arrest warrants bought the property. That was 2021!
BobRehak : I never realized all the permits necessary for all things needed ....Know a friend in forest cove who said there are so many just to restore his inherited home with an add on and redesign. The wait period, the reapplications, the redesign..Years..not just months. No wonder it takes California forever in the rebuild after the fires.
