Avoid the intersection at West Lake Houston and Mills Branch!
Avoid the intersection at West Lake Houston and Mills Branch! It appears some roadwork was done on Mills branch and there are no traffic cones or anything forcing people to avoid the area until it dries so everyone that drives over it is spreading tar all over the place. My daughter and I suddenly felt our shoes sticking to the ground as we were crossing the street and we saw someone get out at the intersection to inspect their car because it makes a lot of noise when you drive over it. There are black tire tracks all over the place.
