Lost dog please help

My dog went missing today 2/5 around 3pm near Lakeville drive, Kingwood.
His name is Spike, he's a white, short haired, small poodle/bichon. He has no collar and is wearing a grey hoodie as shown below.

Personally, I'm thinking they're reunited but busy... Maybe pup needs a bath? Hours of usual Thursday night routines lost, stress, dinner?

Hopefully we get a courtesy update but if not, be sure they're grateful.
