I just got off the phone with North Houston Pole line. He said that the document was incorrect. Outage should be " anywhere from 8 am to 3pm lasting approximately 1.5 hours". Mine is for today and I know others are scheduled for tomorrow. Just thought I would share and clarify.

Got a similar letter this morning for Bear Branch, scheduled for 2/10 between 8am and 2pm.
KW1980 : Just know that it is supposed to say "Outages starting at 8 am through 3pm lasting 1.5 hours". Mine is still scheduled for today. I will update as needed. At least they are doing this NOT in August. Or should I say ......"Uggust"! LOL~!

My letter states, 'on 2/10 from the hours of 8:00am - 2:00pm , you may experience a nesicary but brief power outage in your area…'. I left the misspelling in to preserve the original message text😀

rocklady2024 : If you are in Sherwood Trails, I think a member posted already that tomorrow is your day. I am still waiting and it is 1:00! I might be tomorrow too at this point!

cbear: so they announced on citizen alert they are in Sherwood trails . I got ready for my day out before they shut my hairdryer off
