WANTED MAN LOCATED AND ARRESTED IN PRECINCT 4! On January 8, 2026, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office executed a warrant service at a residence in the 16800 block of Ramsay Cascades Drive. Deputies were able to locate and detain a male identified as Ferron Rushion, who had an open warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Distribute. "Ferron Rushion was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for a Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Distribute warrant. His bond was set at $15,000.00 out of the 248th District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
