Joe V's Coming To Humble

I've never been to a Joe V. Is it just like a smaller H-E-B?

I saw one of those stores for the first time off of 45N and Victory Dr. yesterday and wondered what it was…

Weathergirl5: it is more like Fiesta, and has a warehouse vibe with cement floors and high stacks in the aisles. Bulk buying, etc. I do like their produce section, but I am not a fan of their bakery.

Interesting. I really like the H-E-B bakeries here so I'm guessing maybe they don't bake their items in store like H-E-B does.

eighteen: … but dry I know that conscious are traditionally a little bit dry because in the Latin culture, they often dip them in their coffee, but theirs are Too dry.

Weathergirl5 : I've only been to one once. They carried some of the cheaper HEB packaged brands, like pet food. I didn't see a bakery. I didn't check the fresh foods. It's not a store I would probably go to. Not easy to run in and out of.

Hmmmm not sure about shopping there. I will check it out however my one visit to Joe V on 1960 was disappointing.

It is shopping in a warehouse but nothing compared to HEB or a Costco which is clean and lighted.
