Well, hopefully the owner gets arrested for not showing up in court or paying for his citations. The city can't let him just get away with this.

that is a lot of dirt he brought in to raise the land.... guess i need to drive back there to see what buildings are on the property....has he raised his home since the flood like they have in forest cove along the river>? Is his place on stilts? It will take forever to remove all that land fill
