Post Office Door?

Genesis: they have to put in a work order that takes multiple filings, and it will take time, but eventually get done

That post office has looked terrible for the entire 30+ years I've lived here. No landscaping, grass is rarely mowed, windows and doors never cleaned. I actually filled out a complaint when Ted Poe was in office, but nothing changed.

They had landscaping taken care of by the garden club, but they made them take it out? I don't remember the whole story.

It's going to take a lot of stamp sales to pay to fix that door.

Those doors are so filthy!!! I hate having to go there and avoid it at all costs!

I stopped going there years ago. I use my USPS online account to order stamps, and for packages I use my FedEx account and my postage scale and drop them off prepaid to Mail and More.

Just waiting on parts and I'm sure has to go through the protocol to pay for repairs.

It was finally working today!

USPS is generally self-funded and does not receive direct taxpayer money. It's actually a good example of why it should be run by the government instead of under a self-funded business model.
