CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT WANTED FOR PROSTITUTION On January 6, 2026, Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the Target located at 19511 North Freeway in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, deputies were advised that a male suspect had stolen more than $178 worth of merchandise and exited the store without paying. Constable Deputies located the suspect, who was identified as Sergio Duran. During the investigation, deputies discovered that Duran had an active warrant for Prostitution. "Sergio Duran was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail Jail for the open warrant. His total bond was set at $10,000.00 out of County Court 7." - Constable Mark Herman
