Any opinions on their Assisted Living? There don't seem to be a lot of options here. Many facilities are no longer offering assisted living. We are having some issues where my MIL is currently staying.

I had a tour of this place with my parents, and it seemed very nice. The prices were too expensive for our budget, though, so we were unable to consider it as an option. I'm sorry I don't know of anyone personally that is currently a resident there. I agree that there aren't a lot of options here to consider. I hope you find a good one for your MIL.

We moved my 88 year old father there in july it is a super nice facility and very clean The meals seemed to be pretty good we've had a few minor issues. They are not perfect, but none of them are it was the nicest facility we toured out of 4.

I've had several friends that had family members there - they were all very happy with the facility.

Which other ones did you look at? She was at Watercrest Independent before she needed a higher level of care. Assisted was more than where she is now and at the time where she is had great reviews. It really has gone downhill.
We moved my FIL there several years ago. He has since passed but he was happy there. He had to move rooms once, as he had a neighbor that kept his TV very loud, but that was about it. We looked at about four facilities in Kingwood and we determined this was the best. The only thing - it was during COVID and he kept getting his toilet paper stolen.
Novellus was one we found it dirty and the ac was out in july, not their fault but they lied about it. Also,Looked at two independent ones they were actually houses with like since 7 or 8 tenants. But can't remember the names.
My late BIL lived at Watercrest independent living; it was very nice. We looked into Landon Ridge for assisted living and were not impressed but never had any experience there.
I pass by two homes in Forest Cove that seem to be assisted living. One is Assisted Living Cottages on Chestnut Ridge; Kingwood Memory and Assisted Living on Southern Hills; and one is in Huffman-Graceful Harbor Assisted Living. I am aware of two people stayed in Landon Ridge and didn't have a problem.
