Looking for a new vet We are looking for a new vet for Miss. Bianca 🩷🩷🩷 Does anyone have personal reviews of Glade Valley on Northpark? Any other suggestions? I'm not a fan of Loop 494 Animal Hospital or Kings Crossing so I won't be using them. Thanks!

Beautiful girl!
We really like City Vet and Dr Gillette. Price will be more than 494 and Animal Care of Lake Houston though but the care is phenomenal.
I took a new kitty to VCA-Kingwood today. Everyone was nice and I got outta there for sixty-five bucks.

The Vets at Glade Valley are Aggies so there is that. But I had a cat that had cancer and was dying. I was over seas and wanted to get home in time. They wanted to clean her teeth. Ill never go back.
StormChaser, Elamil and sweetie reacted Animal Care of Lake Houston. It's a bit to get over there, but they are the best. I very much appreciate that they are a little old school in their practices and do not chase $$$ by encouraging expensive treatments that are difficult for the animal and have a low chance of success. They are kind, caring and very honest.
Glade Valley is no more. Dr Scott retired and sold the practice. Don't recall the new name of the practice. We used Dr Meschler and Dr Scott for many many years. I really really miss them. Tried CityVet. Upselling was very off-putting. They took my dog out of the room to draw blood for heartworm test and get fecal sample. I asked for heartworm and fecal flotation results, they said they send those out. New for me, but whatever. After 2 and a half weeks hearing nothing, I called and asked for results. They asked for my pet's name and, without missing a beat, said they were fine. OK.
I don't know how many of you remember Dr. Charles Ross in Humble. He's my gold standard for what a vet should be. The folks over at Animal Care of Lake Houston are the only ones I've found since he retired that even come close.
Lake Houston Animal Hopstial. Just over the lake on 1960.
Northpark Animal Hospital is good, but not cheap. I have heard very good things about Crosby Vet.

I know you said no to 494, but I've had doctor R and he is very thorough and, I feel, sincere. Good luck and I hope your pet is fine!
