Is this the trash pile on Forest Cove Drive?

It is not. That one is pretty bad. Mine was pretty tidy till people went through it picking stuff out. Now it looks bad. And the house is for sale. And I need it gone. Calling 311 doesn't seem to be working for anyone this time around...

So, I ended up getting Junk King to haul it away. They were out in a couple of hours and left things looking nice and tidy. It was about $300 for the pile I had, which I thought was fair, but not a real bargain. Maybe I should forward the invoice to CoH?

Actually the COH gave me a summons because of tree debris left for trees taken down…cost was $600. It was only out there 10 days while I was waiting for y tree guy to arrange to pick it up.

We've used these folks. Not sure if what you have is what they pick up, but might be worth a call. They were great. Came when they said they would and did what they said they would.

jrw2017 : I am sorry you are dealing with this. It seems every street in FC has several piles of trash piled up. It is really bad if someone digs through it and makes it a mess. The COH has a huge problem!

jrw2017 : I think FC needs to go back to a private garbage service. Best Trash is really good!

I have Best Trash at the new house and it is night and day. They are on time; I can put a few extra bags with the cans; trash is twice a week and recycle once a week... I could handle CoH on their regular trash service, but their shoddy handling of recycle and heavy trash is beyond frustrating.

I would never go back to private trash service. My taxes pay for trash service. I don't want to pay for it again. May not always be done the way I'd like, but it's already paid for.

jrw2017 : At my friends house she can only put out the one can that the COH provides and just one time a week. She can not put out extra cans or bags. In my opinion that is not very good. Their handling of heavy trash is very ******.

sheltielover : The COH pays our HOA for our garbage service they would provide. It's not much as the service is bad. Our HOA pays Best Trash that portion and we pay the rest. So, we are getting our part out of the COH. I would rather have better service than what the COH offers. It's only $35. a month and well worth it!
