HCA Houston Healthcare Commercial Am I the only one that thought they said something in that commercial that they didn't?
No, I'm not saying what. If you don't hear it, it's better that it stays that way.

There's not enough info here to completely know what you're posting about. If you don't want to share what you think you heard, could you at least describe around it, or describe some of the details of the commercial? Wild goose chases can be fun at times, but that's not on the agenda for tonight.
GirlonaBoat, Cinderz and Ruger5 + 2 more reacted It's pretty self explanatory.

I'm not sure which commercial you are referring to, and agree a few more details about the ad would help to determine if other people know what you are talking about.

mutton : Agreed. It's actually not important. If anything, it's slightly comical, but apparently I'm the only one, which is all I wanted to know. Thanks guys!

jwardl : my bad, I must not be watching or paying attention to the commercial. I will say I have found some of the care my parents have received at HCA Cypress at times comical but I blamed it to on covid rules more than the professionalism of the care.
You can blame HCA. It's remarkable whenever I speak to anyone in the medical field and explain who handled my stroke, the response is always the same: a sigh, followed by an apology for having to deal with them.

Sophos2 : you seemed to have wondered back into the hive of the fellow believers again, but thanks for your opinion as always. I will say HCA has provided my parents adequate care thru the last decade.
I'm just going off my own experience: I had a charge nurse hand me paperwork to sign immediately after a stroke, with half my body paralyzed. That was a bit inconvenient, considering it was the side I write with. I said I would like a family member to help me read through it, and I was told I was a "grown *** man" and didn't need help. They also coincidentally "lost" my files when I went to another facility for care, and the new facility had to threaten legal action in order to obtain them. I've watched them misdiagnose family friends-one was left crippled and later died because of mishandling. It's anecdotal on my part, but no, I am not a fan. And I haven't even touched on the financial side of things. My advice is to make sure you have witnesses and document every interaction. That alone could have saved me four years of recovery..
