Pet wash stationā¦ I used to go to the place that was in the old CVS on W Lake Houston but they are closed. We are going to friends for New Years Eve and bringing my fur baby. I could bathe her in my tub, but both of us will get wet and my house is chilly. Anyone know if there are any local places you can wash/dry your own dog? TIA

Rolnwithmyhomie : Even better! Just hate brining a stinky dog to someone's house. Do you know if they provide shampoo? I don't mind bringing my own, but the pet stores usually smell better.

bigla : Oh yes! The provide everything! Even hair dryers. They have a little smell good spray, I wasn't sure when and how I could use it. I just asked a man that was back there and he said to do it at the end of the bath and then blow dry. We have only taken Bevo a couple of times, but it's worth it. I want to say it was $10.

I hate when my husband puts him in my jet tub. It's so gross! I have to spend the time to bleach it all out before I can get back in it. Eeeewwww who wants to sit in dog yuck! Thankfully Bevo is now potty trained and doesn't mess in his kennel when we leave. That was gross. š¤® of course it was the days when it was too cold to hose him off in the yard!
I would never bring a poopy doggie to the dog wash, but it sure is nice to have a place to go where you can wash them, put all the smell goods on, use their towels and dryers. I want to say it was $10; maybe less.

The bath station was easy to use, complete with shampoo, conditioner, towels and hairdryer. Even had a long apron for me so that I wasn't totally soaked when we were done. I will definitely go back!
