HPD arrests Starbucks creepKINGWOOD, TX - GUESS WHO GOT ARRESTED BY HPD LAST NIGHT? Yesterday, HPD Officers arrested the man that we have been reporting about following ANOTHER incident at the Starbucks located on Kingwood Dr near Green Oak in Kingwood. According to preliminary information, the man entered the store and allegedly attempted similar indecent behavior toward another woman. The woman contacted police, and two HPD officers responded and took the him into custody. A you can see in the pic below, he was wearing his very short shorts outfit, as described in the earlier incident.Background:
A few days prior, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, a Hood News Peep reported a disturbing incident involving the same man at the same Starbucks location. According to a police report, the man sat near a 16-year-old girl for an extended period of time while she was studying inside the store. The teen later noticed the man was allegedly exposing himself. She documented the behavior on video, notified store staff, and left the location. The man left before officers arrived. That incident was being investigated by HPD under public lewdness.After we initially posted what he did in Kingwood, a Hood News Peep also reached out stating that a similar incident was reported in early October at a Planet Fitness in New Caney but unfortunately no charges were filed.
