Fireba11 : I wish people would stay away. 😕. I hate the urban feel of this once small, serene forested community. I choose to stay tho (one does not simply up & leave 33 years of friendships and memories) so I make the best of the hand dealt. Complaining on here is one way of dealing with it 😁😁😁

I understand that. We moved to the area over a decade ago and so much has changed in that "small" amount of time. It's hard to leave once you have made a life and developed friendships. We didn't think Kingwood would change near as much with all the green belts and being "land locked" in a sense but we were wrong. Overall, it's still a great place to live.

I would love no HOA. We are in an area of kingwood that has to pay two HOA's 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
