The "Old HEB" Transformation Continues! As we first reported back in January, the massive project to divide and repurpose the former HEB building at Kings Crossing has been in the works for nearly a year.Today, the transformation continues to move forward with visible progress on the exterior, and we have an official update on the timeline.👉 The Details:Opening: Official word from Sprouts is "Early Spring 2026."Location: 4303 Kingwood Dr (Kings Crossing Shopping Center).👉 The Layout: The original grocery footprint is being split into multiple distinct spaces.👉 Sprouts Farmers Market: Taking approx. 24,000 sq ft (Anchor Tenant).👉 Available Space: A large ~37,000 sq ft portion is still available for lease (see the red block on the site map).👉 Who else is in the center?
