I would think the menu would provide a good answer.It says ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella with no mention of bechamel.

I've found many restaurant recipes on there. Outback Steakhouse-their ranch dressing recipe is so good. I've been using that for 20 years now.
It might be worth you taking a peek.

I don't recall ever tasting, or seeing a bechamel sauce on their lasagna, but I do love it. It is the best lasagna around the area in my opinion.

I did a terrible job asking my question. I'm a New York Italian and have made lasagna all my life from my Grandmother's recipe. With all that goes on before Christmas, we were considering buying a few trays of lasagna from Amedeo's for Christmas Eve dinner just to have one less thing to do. I have never had their lasagna so I was curious if it would be something my family would enjoy.

I used to make a very rich but tasty seafood Lasagna in the Winter but lost the recipe. Here is a picture I came across though that looks pretty close.

So now I'm craving lasagna .... the power of persuasion haha!

FenderBass : Fellow NY Italian here. I'd say that Amadeo's lasagna is about the best I've had in our general area. It's not equal to say La Lanterna di Vittorio on MacDougal St. in NYC, but it's pretty decent.

I think they would love it! Get some of Patrick Duffy's bread to go with it, in the bakery section at Kroger, it is SO good. Add a good salad, relax and enjoy!
