KINGWOOD TX - MAN DUMPED TWO BAGS OF ANIMAL REMAINS OUTSIDE NON PROFIT DUMPSTER A small nonprofit on the 3900 block of Glade Valley Dr, near Woodland Hills Dr and Northpark, has been dealing with people illegally dumping trash by their dumpster. When the dumpster is full or locked, people have been leaving their bags on the ground and driving off. This week things got worse. Someone dropped off a big bag, and the smell was so strong that police and investigators had to come out to check it. They found out the bag had animal remains inside. The officers tried to put it into the dumpster, but the bag was falling apart and pieces were already coming out, so they couldn't move it safely.
