For those of you that listen to the Roula and Ryan Show with Eri

Look it up on Reddit......there is a thread about it. Probably fired because of his crazy fiance. Lots of drama. She got arrested on the 12th for domestic abuse against him.

I never liked that show but the chisme sounds interesting...

There was also something about like some nasty text messages about an intern as well. I wouldn't think they would fire him over his ex girlfriend or whatever I think it more has to do with the intern and the very nasty text messages and I mean raunchy nasty sexual.

It was on khou, I didn't read it tho. I haven't listened to them in years.

Hard year for Ryan Chase; his wife dumped him, after many years of marriage. He was devastated, and spent hours on air, asking for opinions and suggestion from listeners, to get her back. But, it was a no go, and he moved on. He was supposedly engaged, at this time? But, there were some posts on social media that got him in a Lot of hot water ( not sure of their content), and he is gone. I enjoyed R & R Show, too!

I listen to the show. I heard them make the announcement but couldn't stay to listen to the reason, they were doing it after X amount of songs. Roula is my fave so I won't miss him much. But I am curious now.

Some of the rumors are that he was in a relationship with another employee at the station, which is against the company policy. Other rumors suggest the ex-wife is the one who turned them in to the company. If that's what really happened, it's an internal HR violation issue only, and nothing immoral etc., as both are allegedly single. If there's more to the story, then I haven't heard about it.

I'll have to go through the podcasts and see if I can find the announcement. I feel certain they aren't going to say the reason if it had to do with something internally. He openly spoke about his new relationship after his fiancé dumped him some time back. I can't imagine him doing that on air if it was a someone within the company and that was against policy. Unless…he was having a side fling with another woman. Wow, I am just being a nosy Nelly. It just shocked me to listen to today's podcast and not hear his name.

To help you narrow it down, it was either Tuesday or Wednesday morning around 6:50am. Thats when I drop the kiddo at MS.

His ex posted a screenshot of a text conversation he had with an old fling. They were discussing their relationship that happened 15 years ago while both working at krbe. It was a very nasty nasty text exchange. Cringe.

I like War of the Roses, even though they are planned/staged. It is kinda sus...I mean, they call a person at work, they Immediately answer a number they do not know? Used to listen to WOR when in other cities, and would hear calls/episodes that I'd heard in Houston. STILL fun to listen to :D
