Creekwood parents stop parking on WLH

If you live close to Creekwood, traffic is SO bad! It's simply a disaster waiting to happen.And, with school taxes being as high as they are, you would think they would be able to bus ALL students and possibly eliminate most of the traffic snarls .

Does anyone remember back when KW Dr in front of Riverwood MS was only a two way street. There was no way to go down KW Dr and it is not much better when they expanded to 2 lanes both ways. I try to avoid driving starting at 2:45-4:45.
I have been fortunate that my kids were able to walk to school or bus. I do not understand why they do not have kids meet them a block or 2 away.

The schools are all within a mile from home. They should just bike it walk unless it's back weather. Buddy up for safety! They also need crossing guards.

..been going on for eons... I used to turn in, go past the school a block, and park at the curb on the first street to the right. Walk back 4 minutes, to get my kids.

Platonic : Don't even get me started on HS car riders.

LittleTexas : Not eons. I went to CMS. This is Millennial parent issue. My peers are not bright.

My reply is this happens all over the place with school parents tying up a whole traffic lane waiting on the kids. I think it should be stopped but I know it will not.

Platonic : Well, just wait until the HS and college years. You will look back and this problem with a different perspective and you'll be wishing for simpler problems like this one.

My DD went to Creekwood I never parked on WLH. That is dumb and so is blaming it on Millennials.
