Sake Bon or Umiya? I've eaten at Umiya multiple times, and I absolutely love their AYCE. Menu options, quality, service, atmosphere, timing of food are all great. Has anyone tried both and would like to share their thoughts on which is better?

Rolnwithmyhomie: for real. I was happily surprised when I tried it. Been back a few times and it hasn't let me down yet.
SorryInAdvance : It's kind of one of those "hole in the wall" places. I've never gotten sushi from there, but I'm sure it's great.
