We always get a live Christmas tree every year. Typically we put it up the day after Thanksgiving. For the last 10 or so years we've been getting them from Kingwood Garden Center but will not go back there. Warren's is out since they are owned by the same people. So does anyone know of a good place out here that has live trees that will last until Christmas? We don't know where to go.

Weathergirl5 : We used to get them, especially when we lived in NY state and there were some amazing tree farms, to go cut our own. Now, we usually just get a live bough/garland for the fireplace mantel; it's fragrant, but easier to manage with pets, little, etc, than a live tree.
Weathergirl5 : Last year I ordered one through Home Depot. A beautiful fresh tree was delivered direct to my front door. I will do that again this year.
Weathergirl5: we go to Natius Nursery by the river. Over the past 5-7 years, they've had the most affordable, huge trees. DH must find the largest tree that will fit in our house (12-14ft min).

Weathergirl5 : We got ours last year at the little Kroger's at the back and were so happy with it. We got it Thanksgiving weekend and left it up until New Year's. It probably could have stayed up a few more weeks. Best one we've had in years. « Back to Chat
