Kingwood Post Office-There are a lot of issues there but today I was greeted and helped by Edwin who was just wonderful after having a terrible experience with one of the other employees. I wish they could all be copies of him!

Oh how I agree. I was there earlier this week and as always there was a line and only two bays were open. I don't know if the gentleman who helped me was Edwin, but what a breath of fresh air. He kept telling people he was sorry they were having to wait and he was smiling and so very polite. When he took care of my package, he asked if I needed Christmas stamps or anything else. I ended up not minding having to wait 15 minutes to mail my package.

I just spent $15 to send my grandsons bd present because I don't trust the post office. I just don't trust them.

I know, I have been using UPS or Fedex a lot lately but thought I'd give USPS another chance. There does seem to be quite q price difference between UPS and post office though. $13 to send a medium size box with post office and sent same size, much lighter box with UPS for $25.
