This might've already been discussed and I could've missed it but what's going in at the old Chase that they tore down? The one right next to the Veranda. Looks like they've started work in a hurry.

It definitely does not have Kingwood Dr. traffic or visibility however the traffic on Chestnut Ridge at Stonehollow and Rockmead has increased the past few years.
