BobRehak : I thought that the commons had flooding during Harvey. I would think new homes in the flood plain are definitely going to flood. And so many small lots and homes on that plat….that's going to impact the value of the big homes in the community.

Beautiful neighborhood but folks dont want to deal with heightened possibility of flooding.
Wiseowl: This is the common(no pun intended) theme with developers right now; higher density, smaller homes. They don't care about the more expensive adjacent homes. With the recent history of this tract, I can't imagine anyone with any sense buying there. So, that leaves them with the people with no sense. Brilliant!!!!

GirlonaBoat : We have friends who moved from KW to The Commons several years ago because of the large lots. The traffic will be horrible over there, especially on 2100 @ 1960. Yikes, indeed.
