Carne asada with birria consomme on the side. They will be celebrating their one year anniversary next month.

SummerSneeze : I got the lunch combo that had an enchilada and a taco al carbon. They are way over generous with the rice and beans, so I added chips and a little of the fajita meat into a to-go box and DH made tacos out of it for dinner. I was too full from lunch so I skipped dinner completely.

Yes, I don't know how I'm going to eat dinner too. I ate everything on my plate. I had a crazy workout, so I was hangry lol. Otherwise, I would need to split it into two meals.
