Mobile Vet for cats. I have 2 cats and one which is considered
Mobile Vet for cats. I have 2 cats and one which is considered "spicy" while trying to handle or take her out of the comfort of home. Shes the sweetest girl at home. She doesn't take pills so I can't sedate her, or really give her pill medicine. I really need to get her looked at (fleas and possibly tape worms) Does anyone know of a mobile vet clinic or another option to get them checked out and treated?

KS019 : Make sure you do proper placement on the neck so they cannot lick it off. And separate from other pets and kids for 2 hours. Are you positive it's tapeworms?
KS019 : KS019 : You will absolutely know. Little white rice pieces. You gotta look at the bootie. My one cat was taking a bath sprawled out and there they were. It is so weird and gross to see.
Yes they look like small white /yellow little rice pieces. And as embarrassing and gross she's leaving them on furniture and I am having to keep everything thoroughly wiped and washed :/
KS019 : yes, that sounds like tapeworms. I believe it takes just a pill to get rid of tapeworms. I think the protocol is one pill followed by a 2nd one a couple of weeks later.
KS019 : I don't see where you can still get prescriptions from New Zealand, but I found this online vet:
