Who is a good therapist/counselor to go see for stress and anxie

Check with your PCP, he/she might have a recommendation.

Yea they gave me a referral and I've spoken with a NP but they only have one therapist and that person is booked up so they gave me a list of names that I'm going to have to research and go find my own therapist.

Just someone to talk to. The NP can give me prescriptions if needed but I'm trying not to take any of them. They have a lot of side effects and I have a sensitive stomach.

Dr. Jack Daniels. Be warned however while the temporary short term relief he offers is usually complete, once his spell wears off the problems always return, and are usually worse.
