I took a little road trip today down I-59/69 north. Absolutely appreciated the gorgeous greenery and some late wild flowers. Bought some unbelievable fresh Catfish at a fish market caught in Lake Livingston. Bought 5# to take home. It's been a while since I've had FRESH, trot line caught catfish. Gosh. What a difference. No more HEB or Kroger farm raised catfish. Simply so delicious.

Spork : Have you been to Santos Seafood in Cleveland? I always get the fried shrimp and catfish lunch special. Dh gets the dozen xl fried shrimp. Reasonable prices. They also have a fresh seafood case where you can buy, take home and prepare as you like.
