Smallmart to wait for a spot in the pick up area because peopl

Smallmart today......had to wait for a spot in the pick up area because people apparently think they can park there to go grocery shopping! Walk 10 steps further and park in a normal spot! I then saw a woman drive out with her TODDLER on her lap turning out of the parking lot onto Northpark. Why would any mother do this?
