Big Kroger has new shrooms! Lion's Mane, Trumpet and Maitake. I can wait to make some dishes with those.

There is an amazing vendor at Kingwood Farmers Market who has everything you need including a starter pack to grow your own mushrooms. Visit TUCKER FAMIKY FUNGI every Thursday in Town Center Park from 3-7 pm.
