Attic Ladder I wanted to share that I just had the old rickety wooden ladder replaced with a nice aluminum one, new pull down door, insulation tent. We used Entrust Handyman Services. Louis Gonzales (281-348-6312) is the owner. He and his helper brought all materials, painted door and trim, cleaned up/hauled off trash. The ladder is so sturdy now. I feel much better letting plumbers and HVAC folks going in attic to work. He indicated he does routine handyman things as well. I'm keeping his name and number. I know people like to hear good experiences!

Wiseowl : I wish I had heard of this 2 weeks ago. I've been having a fit trying to get someone to do some drywall work from an overhead leak. Supposedly a handyman is showing up tomorrow from a Wednesday appt.
Wiseowl : Thank you, would you mind sharing the cost?
I've been thinking about doing the same thing and was curious about the cost.
