There are some good people out there! Last night I was in Humble and needed some quick cash so I stopped at the nearest ATM, got what I needed and went on. This morning I went to use my card and it was not in my wallet. I rushed back to the ATM thinking its Sunday so there's a chance it might still be in the machine. There was a line going to that machine so I knew it was gone, but I stayed in the line anyway. When I got up there my card was laying on top of the ATM! God bless whoever took it out and placed it on top. No pending charges in my account either. Whoever you are, many thanks to you!

My wife left her wallet at Target several years ago and an awesome young man knocked on our door while we were not home, showed the money to our ring doorbell and left it on our doorstep. Good people still exist.

You were very lucky.

I appreciate the ATMs that won't dispense cash until you remove the credit card. We usually get cash from the ATM inside HEB. I think Frost Bank owns it. But our bank's Debit Card allows us to use most ATMs without incurring a service charge.
