Fiber not available Kingwood Place?
Does anyone know why Tachus is prohibited from being installed in the Kingwood Place neighborhood? They mentioned zoning yet the fiber is active in the Big City Wings commercial area and underground along Green Oaks Dr, even terminating at the green box on the corner by the store.

Strange, when I called they said zoning and I just re-checked - "Not Available". Maybe our specific HOA? I'm literally 20 feet from their junction box.

Interesting. I looked at some houses in that neighborhood recently and they all had Tachus.

I have been told in the past, and as recently as this week, when I placed a call, that Tachus is not servicing, multi-family dwellings, (i.e. apartments) nor condos or townhomes. We live in a townhome near the KW Country Club. Residents in KW Lakes just yards from our property have the service. I was told this week that Tachus does not even have a projected plan for providing us service. The rep was very sympathetic, as she claimed to live in a townhome as well and cannot get service yet.
