jv339 : It kinda looked that way to me to but my friend thinks it's kinda skinny.

Kittle : The eye on the left looks smaller and maybe gunky in the picture.

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : My feeling is it would be right because the owner should keep it safe at home. There is too much feline leukemia and kittens in Kingwood for cats on the street.

Unfortunately I don't have an answer. When I had cats they were totally indoor and always ate cat food, both dry and moist .

Is this by the apartment complex? When I lived there, there was an older gentleman with a black cat. He would frequently stand by the trails and call for it. The manager would probably send an email out to the residents.

KingwoodNana : No, she does not live near the apartments. But I am sure a cat could make it to her home.

Out in plastic bowl with fresh water in another bowl. See how that goes.🙏
