cbear : I think some of them need to be incarcerated here so we are sure they will not come back to commit more crimes in our country. Face it, they broke into our country without regard to our laws. I think they would do it again. If they have committed violent crimes against our people we should make sure they are not walking the streets in some other country waiting to sneak back into ours.

USA jails are too cushy. Most foreign criminals, facing incarceration in their own country, do not fight extradition to the USA. Better the worst USA jail, even the likes of Angola or the old McNeil Island, rather than what they face at "home".
