Found dog in Elm Grove…

Anyone recognize him? He seems old and cannot hear or see well so he may have wandered off by mistake. Please feel free to share this on Facebook or anywhere else. No collar.

Please keep him until his owner can get him…he is definitely a senior. Maybe contact vet offices in the area tomorrow. Thank you for saving him.
