I probably will get attacked, but I was not impressed at chachis. I like to share my feedback whether the place was good or not to me. I have heard great things and wanted to try them out. The food was not the authentic mexican flavor that I was hoping for. The margaritas were the best part so they get an A+ for that. I was a bit disappointed when I found out that they do not offer a military or first responder discount although the hostess had misinformation and stated that they do.

Tiffyd789 : Sorry you had a bad experience. Talk to Chuy. He will make it right. Not sure what you ate. My favorite is the Carni Guiada with mushrooms and crispy onions. My DH loves their oysters. My DH is ex-military. Thank you for your service! ❤️😇

Tiffyd789 : I agree with you. We might not be going back. It wasn't good last time we went. They also charged us 3 bucks for a little side of pickle jalapeños which I felt is petty. Every where else just gives them to you.

Tiffyd789 : I have tried it three times and didn't like any of the meals. My friends only go there for margaritas and chips.

Tiffyd789 : Never had a bad meal there but granted I only stick with one or two menu offerings that I go there for anyway, but my palate is pretty unsophisticated to begin with. I too am disappointed they dont honor those you speak of. 🙁 « Back to Chat
