This made me happy to see-
Was on my way home from work. Coming up through Trailwood, I had a couple in front of me and they stopped at the intersection at the new elementary school. Right after they went through a young fella coming from the opposite direction on a bicycle went right through the intersection without slowing down. I barely blinked my eyes when a police car came around the corner from a side street and pulled him over (Hooray!!!!). Don't know if he only got a warning but hopefully the kid learned a lesson.

In Texas, bicyclist must follow the rules of the road, when On the road, since they are a vehicle, as well. Including traffic signals, stop signs, and riding with the flow of traffic. SO many bicyclists do not follow this law., even though those laws are in place, for their safety, when on the road Emoticon
