Like them or not (and their acquisition of Tachus), has anyone heard when they will be taking over the KW market, officially? I'm not with Tachus but if I enter my address on their availability search, I'm listed as being within their footprint. Not so with EF -- yet.

We have Tachus, but I haven't heard anything about this from them yet. I'm waiting for their info, but will most likely stay with them if the prices and service don't change too much.

I had to call customer service on another issue and I asked the rep and she said that the deal is going to be finalized in the "fall". Rates will stay the same until then. She didn't know if they would drop or not, because EZFiber's pricing is better.

We will know in the fall!

So until then, great service to be had!

I have tachus and metamucil , both are great so im sure the generic are just as good

@CatalinaKitKat: If you are a current Tachus customer, nothing will change but the name on your bill. New customers however 🤷‍♀️
