Wow, this is a rowdy one, and up in Humble. It is Not on 59, so traffic not disrupted. The heat has many all riled up, so be careful out there, y'all. The fatality victim was shot in an apartment, not far away and then apparently passed away, and found deceased when a car he was in, was involved in a crash. Will post more finite details, but all of the 5 PM news channels will be reporting on this, too

mellen : News said different, so that is what I posted. But agree; that is Beltway 8 there near IAH. There will be better details on this incident by the 6pm local news. It was just a 'breaking news' story, at this time.
