On the feeder near NP at 59; going to the HEB there. I am driving at 40 mph, with the speed limit there, at 50. I watched a lady, clearly On her cell, her hands flailing as she got her point across to the person on her phone. She is coming out of the Houston Garden Center there. She NEVER looks left, not even a Glance. I see her, and just my intuition told me to slow down. TG I did; she Creeeeps off of the garden center lot in No hurry; going Maybe 12 mph, entering feeder traffic. There is a car behind me, coming up quickly. I tap my brakes to make a Strobe of my rear lights, so they do not hit Me. I have already begun to brake, no way to change lanes due to traffic. Had I not banked my speed quickly, I would have gone Through her driver's side door. Had I been going faster..shudder.... Her actions, after I am able to change lanes a block away, to her left? She honks and gives ME the Bird. What Tha' He##?!!!

Additionally, for roads such as North Park, Kingwood Dr., and W. Lake Houston, these reflectors could be beneficial for drivers entering and exiting these roads to their neighborhoods

Have you watched any YouTube shorts on Japan. It shows why Japan is different in so many fascinating ways. From their food, shopping, transportation, elderly etc. They have really great inventions that would be great here but some wouldn't work because of our crime. Someone would ruin it for everyone.
